Philadelphia Is About To Pop

We're talking about Popped! Philadelphia, of course. The music festival that runs through Philly in mid-April has an amazing line-up this year including Illinois, Dr. Dog and Bardo Pond. The goal of the festival is to "focus on the independent musicians and artists of Philadelphia."
