Sleeveface: Be The Vinyl will be released on November 17, and will feature 192 pages of pictures of people taking part in the sleevefacing fun.*

Bizarre! Here's an official statement from the duo: *It is thought that the driver has committed grand theft auto or that he is in some kind of trouble. The bus and driver were last seen on the morning of September 26 at a Prevost dealership in Los Angeles. The driver got some new tires and was set to head to Austin, Texas to meet up with us. His phone has been off since that afternoon. Federal investigators and police are searching for the bus and driver throughout the US and Mexico. We are currently traveling to Nashville and have no luggage or belongings. Aside from this bad luck, touring with The Raconteurs has been great, so we're in good spirits. The magnitude of the loss hasn't quite sunk in to our shell shocked bones.* MP3 at bottom of post.

Here's a cute little story (courtesy of M-S) regarding Mozzer's visit to Rhino last weekend: *Morrissey approached the info booth. He was taller than I expected, somewhat shy & very polite. He was looking for anything that we had by the band Generation X (Billy Idol's old outfit). Of course, we were fresh out of this band, but I took the opportunity to ask M to autograph my CD, and he graciously accepted. The whole scenario was a little creepy and I could definitely tell that Morrissey was embarrassed. So we shook hands and went our separate ways.* Visit Morrissey on MySpace.
