Radiohead in Montreal, 6/10
Once again, our dear friend Rad, has given us a review of his latest Radiohead adventure (NY SHOWS ARE TOMORROW AND WEDNESDAY!!!!... expect full details on The Music Slut)
Here's his review, setlist and best photos. Enjoy!!
as usual, atease has the details on the show. the set and crowd were
definitely better than philly, altho it may have had something to do
with the fact that i was in montreal...i absolutely love that city.
venue was more modern and acoustically better than philly, but i
preferred the oldtime feel of the tower theatre.
im bitter we didnt get tickets for the second montreal show. i
initially passed during the waste sale thinking that itd be more
responsible to actually be awake for work and my monday class. after
the show, chris and i wrestled all night with whether or not we should
stay. we went to the venue around 3pm and were first in line for
ticket release (and the nice frenchie box office worker said we'd
likely get in)...but eventually decided to take off.
the kicker? about an hour after crossing the border, i got an email
from my prof cancelling tonight's class! grrrrr......
