Just for the hell of it, I hopped over to Craigslist to see what the Town Hall shows were going for (9/29-10/1, 3 shows).I was shocked to find that people were selling tickets for $110 each!!
For little ol' Sufjan? Seriously? I guess it's just the law of supply and demand.
Perhaps I was silly to be surprised at what scalpers will charge.
Maybe it's also kinda funny to me because I saw him at Mercury Lounge years ago for $12. What a difference a few years make...
