Ben Kweller @ Webster Hall: All Grown Up

It's true. He's a husband, a daddy and an artist who just released his third long-player. Where did the time go? Seems like Ben Kweller is all grown up and suddenly headlining 2 shows at Webster Hall.


The Music Slut went to last night's show. Ben seemed truly happy to be back home (I'm sure it wasn't just the highly responsive crowd but also the chance to see the wifey and kiddy).


He did a fine job at selecting the best tracks from all 3 of his releases, focusing mostly on the debut and the new self-titled album. 'Falling' really sounded as crisp as ever and was easily one of the highlights of the 80-minute set. No 'Sha Sha' but oh well, still a fun way to reminisce on an otherwise brisk Friday night.
