My goodness, do you think there's enough of a frenzy surrounding Neon Bible? Let's see, first off they are the #1 most searched for band on The Hype Machine, and have held that title since the start of the year. Secondly, on THM's Top 50 popular blog tracks, Arcade Fire comes in with a whopping 15 tunes! Non-blog articles on the band range from the New York Times to NME to Billboard and so on and so forth.
Hell, even we have been averaging at least one post a day about the Canadians (I guess this post is no exception) on any update regarding a new video/leaked track/any sort of ticket craziness and or sob stories, etc. This is in addition to the band being on the tip of everybody's tongue ever since 'Intervention' leaked.
I wonder, are we setting ourselves up for disappointment, or will Neon Bible be the greatest album of the year/decade/millenium.... alltimeeverevereverbestbestperiod?
