Local all-stars, Pela, are set for superstardom. Well, sort of. Let me explain. Their upcoming long-player, Anytown Graffiti (we've heard selections from it, and can assure you it's fantastic!) will be out on April 24th and as a teaser, the band is premiering one new song a week on their official site. This week's tune is 'Waiting On The Stairs'.Additionally, you may want to hop over to your local magazine shop sometime within the next few weeks because the boys will be featured in Elle, Teen Vogue, Nylon, Paste and yes, a review in PENTHOUSE! It's only a matter of time before they are serenading folks over at the Playboy Mansion. Or, not. For now, you can catch Pela @ Mercury Lounge, tomorrow night alongside The Teeth. The Pela set starts somewhere around midnight. It gets The Music Slut's seal of approval.
