Colin Meloy To Judge 'Tournament Of Books'

I didn't know such an event existed! Well, it does, and Decemberists frontman, Colin Meloy, will be one of 17 judges in the tournament, which officially kicks off today.

The panel also includes folks affiliated with The Onion, The New Yorker and a slew of book-based bloggers.

There's a bevy of brackets, office pools and a whole list of rules. Phew! The Tournament Of Books is not to be taken lightly.

As for The Decemberists, their US tour with My Brightest Diamond will begin March 21st @ The Loews Theater in Jersey City.
