Not the full band treatment but still promising...At Ease reports: "On May 15, Decemberist guitarist Chris Funk will release 'Plastic Bag' by the Flash Hawk Parlor Ensemble. The album will feature a number of covers including Radiohead's 'Morning Bell'... the Amnesiac version."
