Radiohead - There There (acoustic)OK, perhaps not that rare but it's Radiohead, so cut me some slack!
Played various times on live radio sessions around the release of Hail To The Thief (2003), the acoustic take on 'There There' is simply breathtaking. Often referred to as Radiohead's Can-influenced tune, 'There There' stands as one of the band's most successful singles to date (it reached #4 in the UK, #1 in Canada and was nominated for a Grammy, as well). It's also commonly known amongst Radiohead fanatics, that 'There There' was a track that the band had been working on for close to a decade before it was finally perfected in '02. The acoustic version of 'There There' allows for the tune to be intimate, profound, passionate and delicate, simultaneously. Not to mention that Thom's vocals, it can be argued, have never sounded stronger.
