My apologies go out to Canadian foursome, Frog Eyes. I've been silently enjoying their latest effort, Tears For The Valedictorian, for the last few months but have failed to tout the band's one-of-a-kind experimentalism until now. On Tears, the band's sixth LP, Frog Eyes has truly perfected what I've come to know and love. Equal parts Bowie, Animal Collective and Pixies, Tears is one of this year's strongest indie releases to date.
