I may not be able to say the word 'Lisps', but I sure as hell can sing along to them. Check them out in all their shenanigans this weekend.From The Lisps:
1. Saturday June 23rd we are playing at 9pm SHARP for the Deli Magazine Party at Galapagos. This corresponds with a little article about us that's coming out in their _______ issue (eventually), written by a very cute intern who is, naturally, now a huge Lisps fan. We are first on in the Back Room so come early!
2. Sunday June 24th, our future/fantasy girlfriend/bestie, Sara Schaefer, of "The DL" on aol.com (dl.aol.com) is hosting NAME THAT TUNE at Union Hall (www.unionhallny.com) in Park Slope. If you don't already want to marry and have babies with her, you will by evening's end. We are the special musical guest along with comedian Matt McCarthy so we'll be playing about 3 songs duo style.
