Mark your calendars for the following not-so-secret gig... **FRANZ FERDINAND: JUNE 13TH AT BOWERY BALLROOM**While this date has not been confirmed by the band's management just yet, we've pieced together this article from NME which claims that the Scots will be 'playing Bowery next week' with this upcoming Bowery calendar. The only open date in next week's show list is on Wednesday, the 13th.
If you recall, last week the band teased us with hints of a small-scale surprise NYC show. Apparently, they weren't joking. Since Bowery tix usually go on sale on Wednesday afternoons, I would suggest logging onto Ticketweb and getting familiar with your 'refresh' button sometime around noon.
