Before Patrick popped and glammed himself up for The Magic Position, P. Wolf was considerably darker in his lyrics and overall presentation, as showcased primarily on Wires but also on his debut LP, Lycanthrophy.
'This Weather' is a particular standout for me - probably because it falls amongst one of the first few Patrick Wolf songs I fell in love with. Take a listen to the stunning acoustic version of the tune below.
