Who The Hell Is *And This Army*?

A few short weeks ago I discovered the joy that is Brooklyn's very own, And This Army. The trio has been kicking around for a little while but it wasn't until last year's LP, Foe, that the buzz officially began. Equal parts My Bloody Valentine, The Jesus Lizard and Mission Of Burma, And This Army manages to successfully meld together the best of shoegaze and psych-rock with a healthy dose of experimentalism.
