Who didn't see this one coming a million miles away? NME reports: *Legendary punk club CBGB's is set to re-open as a high-end fashion boutique. Designer John Varvatos is set to occupy The Bowery space in Manhattan, reports The Rock Radio. The space has been closed since 10/2007. Varvatos, who has used the likes of Iggy Pop in his ad campaigns, hopes to move in and open the store by March.*
