Sex Pistols To Re-issue 'Bollocks'

The legendary punk album (which just turned 30 years of age!) will be re-issued on 10/29 - UK only - on heavyweight vinyl, as the album was originally released, along with a 7" single of 'Submission'.

Sex Pistol aficionados may already know that 'Submission' was to be included on the original track listing for Never Mind The Bollocks... Here's The Sex Pistols, but was left out when the record was delivered to shops a week earlier than planned.

The band are also planning to re-release their 4 epic singles: 'Anarchy In The UK', 'God Save The Queen', 'Pretty Vacant' & 'Holidays In The Sun'.

Strummer, Cobain, Vicious & Ramone Used In New Docs Ads

Eery? I surely think so.

Deceased rock royalty Kurt Cobain, Joe Strummer, Joey Ramone and Sid Vicious are all being used in a new print/poster campaign across the UK for famous footwear designer, Dr. Martens.

Punk News reports that Dr. Martens said the following about the new ads: "We wanted to communicate that Dr. Martens boots are ‘made to last,’ and we discovered that these idolized musicians wore them. Showing them still wearing their Docs in heaven dramatized the boots’ durability perfectly. And, as images, they feel very iconic."

Check out Joe Strummer in his Docs to your right; to view all the associated images, hop over to Oh No They Didn't.
