Guess the stuff went somewhere only the burglars know....har har har. Hey, it's early!
Via ContactMusic: Burglars have made off with some private information about the rock band Keane, leaving the chart-topping group scared of future leaks. The band's offices in London were broken into, according to the Sun newspaper, and laptops were among items stolen.
Personal information, including phone numbers and addresses, are understood to be on the computers, which were taken from the band's public relations firm's Oxford Circus office on Monday night. Police are investigating the incident, but no arrests have been made, leaving the band concerned about whose hands their information has ended up in.
"It's not yet known exactly what is missing but there was information about Keane held in the computer database," a friend of the band told the Sun. The robbery took the gloss off the release of Keane's latest single, Bad Dream, on Monday, which lead singer Tom Chaplin described at the V Festival last summer as the best song the band had ever written.
