Oy vey. Evidently
Kaiser Chiefs' front man Ricky Wilson had this to say to the Britsh press recently:
"You never get used to all the attention away from being on stage. People will say or do anything to try and elicit a negative response from you. And it can get to you. "People are always shouting, 'Ricky! We want Ricky on his own!' It's like they want to cause a rift between us and get us to split. It can make you paranoid."
Has anyone ever shouted to the lead singer of a band, "We want you on your own!"? Seems like a bit of an overly complicated and ridiculous chant to me. It also seems like a big fat lie Ricky. Is the flamboyant singer perhaps trying to lay the groundwork for a break-up himself?
Yours Truly, Angry Mob isn't quite the album everyone was hoping for after the utterly brilliant
Employment afterall.
