SXSW Round Up

I was patiently compiling a list of sites from around the blogosphere with posts recounting 2007's SXSW when I noticed that somebody has beaten me to the punch.

The Punk Guy (aka Kristian), has a decent list of 8 sites that went to SXSW and lived to tell the tale. Check it out.

What I would add are:

Coolfer has an editorial up about the economics and politics of the festival which is worth checking out.

You Ain't No Picasso covers some off best shows and confirms that indeed, everyone hates Duke.

Torr in LA has a wonderfully dry, cut to the chase, list of all that was good, bad and mediocre.

Writers for The Brooklyn Record and Deli Magazine left the safety of Williamsburg to hit the mean streets of Austin.

I am especially partial though to Jeff Central Village's blackberry updates from the show. They are hilarious.

10:41 - After accidentally consuming them together, Crunk definitely tastes exactly like sour worms. I have a case of Crunk in my hotel room from the BV party on Thursday.
