Billboard is reporting that Robert Smith is hard at work on an upcoming DVD, to be released in '09, highlighting The Cure's journey from 1979 to present.Included in the documentary will be "interviews with everybody who has ever been in the band, and everybody who has been an important part of the Cure", according to Robert Smith. Due to time constraints on the DVD release, The Cure plans to feature ample footage on their official site, as well.
Also in the works for The Cure over next 24 months: expanded versions of Cure classics such as Disintegration and Wish, a full North American tour (all dates here), and an as-yet-untitled multi-disc remix album.
